Two Publix Trips!

publix_super_savers_button

The last few weeks we have focused on eating from our stockpile.  And we did a good job!   We had ONE can of veggies left and that was it!  Needless to say, after all that eating and no grocery shopping last week, I was super excited to see the Publix ad this week.  Canned veggies are on sale, talk about GREAT timing….  I made two trips to Publix this weekend.  I got such great deals on the first trip Saturday that I had to go back on Sunday!  (Not to mention the great 1 cent mystery item this week:  Publix Tortilla Chips!)

First Trip:   I took advantage of the Italian Stock Up and Save Sale.  There was a coupon display at the front of the store with the “Buy 20 qualifying items and get $5 off” Publix coupon, a 3-pack coupon set (with Kraft Parmesan Cheese, Digiorno Frozen Pizza, and  Kraft Salad Dressing), and an entry form for the Publix Italian Sale sweepstakes.  (Tangent – Can you even imagine winning a $10,000 Publix gift card?!?!?)  And the super exciting part was that some of the Pillsbury Bake-Off $10 Publix Gift Card Offer’s 15 qualifying products overlapped with the Italian Sale’s products, wooohooo!  I put a star* next to the things that count towards the Italian Sale and the gift card offer.   I also used a Rite-Aid $10 off a $30 purchase.  Here’s what I got:
